FAQs: - What condition are the Megas in? All Megas are in used condition. They are in good working order but can range from 5-10 years old.
- How much room do I need to fit the Megaformer machine? We recommend ceiling heights of 9’ and a clearance of 3’ around the machine to safely do all SLT moves. The Microformer requires less space due to the portable nature of the equipment.
- Can I access any routines/classes? We offer an On Demand subscription where you can access a growing library of Megaformer classes. This subscription can be purchased online via a monthly or annual subscription.
- What is the return policy? All sales are final. No refunds or replacement parts will be provided. After the initial transaction, replacement parts and accessories can be purchased directly from Lagree Fitness.
Shipping: - We do not ship. You can hire your own company and we can provide the necessary information.
- You may also pick up your machine. We store machines in Plainview, LI.
If you choose to pick up, please keep in mind: - You will need at least two people to move the machine
- The machines are 250-305 pounds depending on the machine
- Machines will not fit in a regular car or SUV
- The machine comes in two parts and will require assembly
- You will receive an instructional video from Lagree Fitness in order for you to complete the assembly.
